Why pain in left side of chest? Left arm
Hi Doctor,
I am 44 years old unmarried man. I am very obese 125kg. Height 5 feet 6 inches. I don't have diabetes or Cholesterol. My BP becomes high at times. I have BP medicine Concor 5mg in morning and Abel40mg at night.
I have psyco somatic GERD and I get panic attack. I am taking psychiatric medicine for this condition hence GERD is under control.
My question is why for the past many years I get pain in my left side of chest and left arm ? I have consulted Doctors even cardiologist but no proper solution found.
I have severe ED problem for the past 1 and half year. No morning wood or erection. I consulted Urologist had Tadafil 5mg but no use. My testestorne is within normal range, prolactin is okay. I think no blood flow to my penis hence no erection.
My LDL cholesterol is 33, My HDL cholesterol is 35. My fasting is 97.
Is there block in my heart? What is causing this pain in left side chest and left arm? Please reply if you can find out?

Due to obesity ur Penis muct have got buried
