I want to know the reason why I keep getting Jaundice. First time I was diagnosed with jaundice when I was 10 years old, second time when I was 21, and now when I am 25 years of age, I again got diagnosed with Jaundice. I don't even eat from outside, most of my meals are home cooked.

Please consult a General Physician with your latest liver function tests report and sonography of the whole abdomen. Jaundice can be due to many reasons. Your three episodes of jaundice may or may not have the same cause.

Thank you for sharing your medical history. Recurrent jaundice can have various underlying causes, such as liver disorders (like chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis), metabolic or genetic conditions (like Gilbert’s syndrome), or recurrent infections. Since you have had multiple episodes over the years, it is essential to explore these potential causes in detail. I recommend getting the following tests done to pinpoint the issue: Liver Function Tests (LFTs) Complete Blood Count (CBC) Imaging studies such as an ultrasound or CT scan of the liver C-reactive protein to check for any inflammatory response in the body Additionally, please get vaccinated for hepatitis if you haven’t already, and maintain good hygiene to reduce infection risk. For a detailed evaluation and personalized treatment, feel free to consult me directly or reach out on eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two.
