Hi.. my heart increases and tends to be at 110 -120 rpm while having lunch or breakfast. While after i finished eating it falls to 100-90 rpm. I generally track this with my smart band. Should I worry about it ?

It looks normal. No need to worry. If it is going persistently beyond 120 bpm, needs evaluation

Heart rate increase during exercise is a normal phenomenon. Because your heart has to pump more blood to digestive system, it increases.
