To diagnose a case we need to take proper history, thorough clinicial examination and some relavent investigations. You are just 25yrs and mentioned one single complaint related is breathing issue. Sleep Apnoea, to diagnose there is preclinical questionnaire, clinical examination and investigation like Sleep study. Don't Google it, it will only guide you but you may not get prompt assessment of your problem. And for clinician, does it be like multiple choice question to diagnose a patient? Kindly meet a pulmonologist or take online consultation for prompt assistance.
