I have little white tongue and pain in one of the teeth on right side with persistent throat pain. What could be the reason? Is there anything serious?

Get scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily. Clean your tongue with tongue scraper post brushing. Do warm saline rinses 3 to 4 times a day. Rinse after every meal. Maintain oral hygeine
