White spots on teeth, lowering of gums

Hi, i have an issue of white spots on teeth, which does not go for long time, i do not use tobacco etc, Also have an issue of lowering of gums. I use sensodyne toothbrush and dabur red as tooth paste. Have a habit of brushing only once in a morning, kindly response.

Hello mam, Hope you might be having 1.fluorosis ( fluoride content high in teeth). - Go for bleaching or tooth whitening treatment, it might help to some extent or go for veneers. Or 2. you might be having deposits. - Go for professional cleaning 3. Lowering of gums may be         À. Due to deposits - go for scaling Or         B. Maligned teeth - Braces treatment Or         C. Due to nail biting habits - Go for stress breaking techniques. Or         D. May be because of improper brushing technique - ask a dentist the proper technique
