I have seen white spot on both arm 2 month ago There is total 5-6 spot on my both hand one Is it igh or vitiligo? Plzz reply

It may be IGH. It is a sign when skin loses colour with aging skin. It is benign.

Looking at the images it is most likely IGH and not vitiligo. But still a proper family history , medical history is essential to rule out vitiligo .
