Hello sir/mam I have little burning sensation on left side of tongue. So yesterday looked in the mirror and noticed this small pimple like bump below the tongue. It is not causing any pain or any other problem but it is looking weird to me. I maintain good oral hygiene i brush daily and using tongue cleaner also. I also chew pan masala sometimes. So is this a normal finding or something to worry about. Please help.

It may be too early for something of a malignancy. But i would suggest u to visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. I think i should be a sharp edge of the teeth that can cause you this problem but to give ypu exact suggesion i need to see it clinically
