Minimal amount of secretions is normal. If you are getting too much phlegm, foul smelling with cough or fever . Get a sputum test for AFB and chest xray. Avoid AC room as few bacteria grows well in AC room and there won't be fresh air which have risk of air borne infections. Please mention if you have any breathing problem, headache, facial pain .
