White patches on teeth

My kid is two year old and having white patches on his teeth, teeth also looks like getting damaged. Due to lock down we couldn't visit any dentist. We are worried. Can someone help

Dear practo user There is no cause for concern over small patches over milk teeth. Pictures show no destructive lesion. So for now, there is no option but to brush correctly twice daily and make sure no food gets lodged between teeth. All of them are milk teeth that will eventually fall and get replaced by permanent ones later in life.

Is this white spot appear in more than one tooth????? There are many reason to develope white spot on tooth 1.demineralized enamel..enamel hypolasia (Enamel weak).. If child use more acidic food this enamel portion erode. 2.nutritional deficiency 3.so much of fluoride containg water or paste usr... 4. Starting of denatal caries.

Pictures are not so very clear. However from now brushing twice a day after meals with toothpastes available for children to be used on a regular basis.

There is decay happening in ur child's teeth. Make him brush 2 daily with kids toothpaste. Also, once the child has brushed at night. He should immediately sleep and nothing except water should go in his mouth
