Hello there young man ... The creams /powders you have tried .. simply stop 🛑 and defer to a Qualified Dermatologist 🙏 It appears a classic fungal infection we allude to as Tinea Cruris. A simple KOH stain test will confirm the diagnosis if needed True there is a lot of resistance to antifungals nowadays and that is possibly one reason the creams you used didn't work Your best bet now will be to connect with us ONLINE  using this App's INSTANT ONLINE Consultation 🙏

White patches on the inner thighs or intimate area can be due to fungal infection, vitiligo, post-inflammatory changes, or friction-related hypopigmentation. Avoid self-applying steroid combination creams. Keep the area clean and dry, wear loose cotton undergarments, and avoid tight clothing. Do not scratch. If patches are spreading, itchy, or sharply defined, proper examination is important to confirm the cause. You may visit our clinic for accurate diagnosis and personalised treatment.
