Hello ! Actually the white patch is something like a healing tissue but still u have to concerned over the upper third molar if u have . Usually when u extract the lower third molar itz better to get the upper third molar removed .. as it seems to be useless. Soo for now .. if it is healed after few days .. itz ok .. or else consult your dentist snd remove the upper tooth also if u have and or else that might be the indentations of the upoer tooth over the lower oral mucosa (lower gums or cheek region inside ) soo be careful and be conscious over the it ..

There is nothing to get worried about it, the white patch is because of the healing of your oral mucosa. It will get better in 7 to 14 days of your extraction.
