My son is three month old and suddenly he got this white patch on his left leg .. what is the reason for this and please tell me the possible cure .

It looks like pityriasis alba, its a common skin rash in children . Keep the skin moisturised . It will resolve on its own no need to worry . If such patches appear on another parts of body or rapidly increase in size then physical consultation will be needed with a dermatologist
