White lumps

For pas few weeks i have had a development of white lump just behind my two front teeth its movable and painfull if you press it otherwise it doesnt hurt it is noticible if you take pictures on the inside of the mouth at appropriate angles o cant seem to figure out what it can be because it is been a while now like several weeks what coukd it be ? I have never had this before and i maintain an adequate oral hygiene

Hello mam.. It may be due to mucocele or ranula(Minor salivary gland duct infection)or pus collection due to infection of upper front teeth
Next Steps
complete clinical examination is necessary to rule out the cause and management

It may be Ranula or Mucocele ( salivary gland cysts) which needs to be diagnosed and based on that further treatment can be decided

Most probably it’s a ranula or some kind of cyst which is not cancerous clinical diagnosis is important
Next Steps
If it comes out to be cyst and it interferes with the normal functioning of the oral cavity it should be excised
