White discharge in private area.. and feel little itchy in private part. Please suggest something What should i do

First thing is local hygiene. Washing the area with mild soap and plain water. Keep the part dry. Use loose fitting cotton undergarments. No vaginal washes. For specific medicine please consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination and further management.
