While pressing breast hurts

I have son 3 yrs old.. After giving birth,only 4 month my baby got breastmilk then he stopped sucking...now from last month my breast hurts when i press or squeeze.. Other than usually my breast is not paining.. Is there anythung i need to worry about

You should get a USG for breast done. And get yourself examined for any lump
