Which nuts are good for heart patient

My mother is 49 years old she is an heart, diabetes, thyroid patient and recently diagnosed with tuberculosis so can she eat nut's like cashews, almond's, walnut's and raisin?is this all good for heart diabetes and thyroid?

Eating nuts as a part of healthy diet may be good for your heart. Nuts containing unsaturated Fatty acids and other nutrients. But high in calorie. Walnut , "almonds as  soaked from can take.

Raisins are not good in diabetes. Although she can have nuts like walnuts, almonds, cashews, but these nuts are prohibited in thyroidism. Still she can go for flaxseeds and chia seeds in limited quantities
