Which Dr to shw fr smoking related issue

I have recently continued smoking after quitting for 2 years. Whenever i smoke after few days i have a pain shile swallowing saliva or water. I wanted to show this to a doctor but not sure whom to approach. Even if i quit smoking i see this issue but it is not that frequent.
