I have a kidney stone 4.8 mm But still it does not pass I have frequent urination And drinking 3.5 litres of water Feel like little breathing issues And flank pain sometimes

Usually kidney stones less than 4mm will pass by itself....4-6 mm stones need medication, above 6mm needs surgical intervention by urologist. Sometimes ultrasound cannot judge exact size of stone and with time stone size may increase too. Increase in urination can be due to increase water intake or urine infection. To clarify all these, consult urologist.
