Wheezing sound during sleep

I can hear wheezing sound during sleeping of my 2 yr 9 months old daughter. 2 days back she was having fever but now she has no fever but now started coughing and I can hear wheezing sound and coughing during sleep. She has congestion that I can feel and I'm only giving cough syrup. What should I do.

Give steam inhalation. Instill saline nasal drops in nose. Give hot liquids to drink like hot water with honey, soup etc. As there is no fever, there is no need to give any other medicines. Consult a pediatrician if child develops weakness, fast breathing or other new signs. This sound will go away in a few days
