I am a wheezing patient for the last 20 plus years. It is not serious but I occasionally use inhalers. I want to stop using them. I have not had a major attack in the last couple of years but some small discomfort I use my inhaler. How do I stop using inhaler for ever. I tried ayurveda but still i got discomfort so stopped it.

Hi. I understand your concern s. Àsthma is a chronic problem which can not be cured but can definitely controlled so that you can lead a symptom free life. Using sos inhaler will not work. Open a private chat consult for a detailed analysis of your symptoms and treatment prescription.

A lot depends on what kind of asthma do you have. And what is your spirometry. There are some asthma type that can be controlled but the others will need inhalers as long term treatment.
