Hi I'm having bronchial asthma and doctor prescribed dighaler fb 200 morning 2 puff night 2 puff and night nasal spray 1 time I was fine by using it after 10 days suddenly I got wheezing so what I did I took formonide 0.5mg nebulisation, next day I got fever cold cough I took that treatment also along with inhaler but after 2 days still wheezing sound will come louder upper chest to throat what to do shall I continue another 2 days nebulisation at night and morning inhaler? But the thing is my heart rate is always 110 above from fever starts plz suggest

You might be having an acute asthma exacerbation, probably infective. It could be viral or bacterial. You might be needing antibiotics if it's bacterial.
