Wheezing not reducing after taking nebul

Hi I'm having bronchial asthma and doctor prescribed dighaler fb 200 morning 2 puff night 2 puff and night nasal spray 1 time I was fine by using it after 10 days suddenly I got wheezing so what I did I took formonide 0.5mg nebulisation, next day I got fever cold cough I took that treatment also along with inhaler but after 2 days still wheezing sound will come louder upper chest to throat what to do shall I continue another 2 days nebulisation at night and morning inhaler? But the thing is my heart rate is always 110 above from fever starts plz suggest
