Dear, Only 3 days have passed since the couple's son expired. It is both, normal and natural, for them to cry and feel the way they are feeling now. They require emotional support from.the other family members and friends during this phase of loss where there is no recovery. However, if their phase of mourning lingers on for a very long period of time and they are just not able to overcome this loss, then you can definitely suggest them for reaching out to a therapist. Grief therapy can help them.

Suggest your uncle and aunt to become a voluntary member of a NGO which is working for orphanage children. Nothing in this world can fulfill his loss but by becoming member of such organisation they can get a mole of strength for managing their own life. Or they can make people especially young ones aware about electric currents and shocks and how they can prevent self from harm.
