What should my daily diet be?

I have ulcerative colitis and I'm taking mesalzer 1mg for past 4 year. I'm not sure about what to eat and when to eat, ik the drill that I should not eat spicy and junk food but it's been very difficult for me. So can you please help me out with my diet and schedule. I think if a doctor will consult me a diet then I'll follow that. So please just suggest me a diet . Thank you

Yes u should eat bland diet with less or no spice,oil,masala .Nonveg to be avoided. Raw foods,milk to be avoided.bakeryfoods,fastfoods,preserved foods. Frequent tea,coffee to be avoided. Barley,oats are good. Rice ganji semisolid is best  Buttermilk,tendercoconut,banana,blanched apple,fresh mosambijuice prepared at home,are healthy.
