High wbc count, neutrophils,  indicates bacterial infection. Please share if you have any problem after falling or there is a wound somewhere, then I can help you to heal.

Your blood test shows high WBC (18.63, normal usually 4-11), very high neutrophils (88%, normal ~40-70%), low lymphocytes (6%, normal ~20-40%), and a small number of myelocytes (1%, normally 0% in blood). This pattern is very common after a serious accident or fall (like from 3rd floor). It is called stress leukocytosis or reactive change — the body releases stress hormones, which push more white cells (especially neutrophils) into the blood quickly. It does not mean infection or leukemia in most cases. The small myelocytes (immature cells) can also appear briefly after major trauma/stress, but 1% is mild and usually not worrying. This report is likely showing the normal reaction to your accident and unconscious state, not a separate disease.
Next Steps
• You probably do NOT need to repeat the test right now if you feel okay and doctors already checked you after the fall (for injuries, head, etc.). • But repeat CBC (blood test) in 1-2 weeks (or as your doctor advises) to see if it returns to normal. Most trauma-related high WBC goes back down in a few days to 1 week. • If you have fever, severe pain, wound infection signs, breathing problems, or feel worse — go to doctor/hospital immediately (could mean infection). • Tell your doctor about the fall and unconscious time — they can decide if more tests (like CRP, imaging) are needed.
Health Tips
• Rest well and eat healthy food (protein, fruits, veggies) to help body recover. • Drink plenty of water. • Avoid alcohol/smoking for now — it can slow healing. • Watch for any new symptoms like high fever (>38°C), chills, or swelling/redness. For clear advice based on your full story and exam, please consult with me online. I can help explain more or guide next steps. Take care and get well soon!
