Tell more about it ,is it for the first time you are experiencing it??because it could be cold sore or canker sore… normally both go by their own ways… but for canker avoid spicy and acidic stuff and take vitamins especially B complex… for cold as it’s because of virus herpes it also goes by it’s own, but if you want rapid recovery you can take antiviral….
