Another example of becoming paranoid by excess exposure to Internet and Google. If you are so much obsessed with Google, it will be better if you consult a top Chest Physician in your area instead of hunting for diagnosis by Tele-consultation where the doctors don't even see you. ILD is as good as saying that you have two lungs , whatever is your interpretation of this statement. Please be intelligent enough to interpret the Google information. Otherwise you will become Psychiatrically sick.
