What is my problem 😭
I have checked full body checkup and noticed that having b12 and d vitamin deficiency and taken the supplements for 2 months and recently seeing some lightheadedness and feeling like weakness and gastric problem

Since you have completed 2 months vitamin d and B12 supplements , repeat the tests to see if there's any progress.Upon recieving the reports attach them along with the previous reports as well.One could comment only after seeing the values
