Sir, my self prashanth age 33 Iam pre diabetic person from last 3 months, Iam doing daily 8000 steps, at working area, Iam not doing walking in morning hours, Iam a site engineer, from morning onwwards 9:00am to evening 6:00pm iam daily doing walking 8000 steps is it ok sir, Again can i do morning onwards. Plz tell me sir Thank you🙏
