Hello All three are needed for proper functioning of the body. Protein and fiber take longer to pass through the gut. Healthy Fat should be taken in not more than 15-20% of the energy required by the body. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains as they have fiber and keep you feel full and help you in weight management.
