We have been trying to conceive for a baby for 5 and a half years now with no success. Husband's semen report shows concerns with morphology 00%. After some treatment it got improved somewhat and reached 1% and 2% with a period of time but in recent test results it's again showing 00% I have cysts in both ovaries with severe pain on right side during and after periods.
