Wet Cough, cold n fever

Hi, she is suffering from fever since 3 days. We have been giving sinarest, and crocin syrup. But evening the fever again comes up. Main problem is cough, for cough we are giving piritone from morning, but its still high. Due to cough she is not eating anything. Pls help to get rid of cough.
