Is it okay to have period like sensation over a month? I took hormonal tabs last month for 19 days ( 1 CRINA NCR 15 tablet in empty stomach by mistake one day). Withdrawal bleeding is over but still facing period like ache around waists. I never had this before. I took Primolut N whenever needed earlier and never took CRINA NCR 15 before except last month (only 1 tablet). How to get over this ache and muscle strain? Is it okay to have tabs like Pamaspas even when there's no period now?
