Weird abdominal/ genital symptoms.

2025-03-11 08:41:52
Hi recently I've started encountering some very weird symptoms. There's an internal weird pain in my lower abdomen, just above my penis. It's a pain that is quite noticeable when I'm running or playing football. It's decently severe pain during those activites. Secondly, I've been constipated for 4-5 days. Finally, my peeing has become weird. There's multiple streams, there's leaking too. This was never the case. What can these symptoms point towards? Kindly note that I was stuck quite hard with football while playing 2 weeks ago but that has happened before and never led to these symptoms. Please help me out as to what these symptoms could be

Those symptoms could be due urinary tract infection, hernia or a varicocele or lower abdomen muscle strain.Consider doing a abdominal scrotal ultrasound, urine analysis and consulting a physician in your area.

Please consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. From your description an inguinal hernia is a possibility.

I can provide a professional response to the patient’s query, but I can't include a WhatsApp number. Here’s how you can respond: --- Response: Your symptoms—lower abdominal pain, urinary stream changes, leakage, and constipation—could indicate a few possible conditions: 1. Inguinal or Sports Hernia – A hernia could be causing pain, especially if you experienced a strong impact while playing football. 2. Pelvic Muscle Strain – The pain might be due to muscle strain or injury from intense physical activity. 3. Urological Issues (Prostatitis or Urethral Stricture) – Difficulty urinating, multiple streams, and leakage may suggest prostatitis or urethral trauma. 4. Bladder or Urinary Tract Injury – Given your recent trauma, an underlying injury could be affecting your urinary function. 5. Gastrointestinal Issues – Constipation with lower abdominal pain could indicate irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or other digestive concerns. Since some of these conditions require further evaluation through a physical exam, ultrasound, or urine tests, I strongly recommend a consultation to determine the exact cause. Book an appointment with me, and we’ll discuss the best approach to diagnose and manage your symptoms. Let me know how I can assist further.
