My height is 4.11 . I want to know what is ideal weight for my height . kindly suggest Also I have acidity issues now-a-days...what exercises we need to for body strength...

Drink tea to consume on daily basis . Detox water early morning on empty stomach. Dal, rice and chapati to eat every day. Non veg salad to consume twice week. Egg give you energy.
