WEIGHT not gaining problem

I am at jharkhand age 18+ before 18 I am slim then doctor prescribed me good health because very thin then after 3 months use I am gaining some weight something 60+ after 1 years my weight done start then no problem after years weight down but I am good by weight 40 at age but doctor suggested me to test on CBC RBS BP HEMOGLOBIN THYROID LFT URINE AND CULTURE SENSITIVITY WIDAL TYPHOID ALL ARE OKAY BUT THEN I AM CONTACT A HOMEOPATHY DOCTOR FOR WEIGHT GAIN DOCTOR PRISCRIPTION ME NUX VOMICA 30 LIV T LYPCODUIUM 30 IODIUM 30 NATRUM 30 1 more use 15+ days nothing working then contacting a BHARAT HOMOEOPATHY THEN THE DOCTOR KANCHAN SINGH GIVE ME 5 MEDICINE OF RS 4000+ USING 20+ ONLY WORK TO HELP ME IN URINE INFECTION OF ACID BUT NOT WORKING WEIGHT GAIN AND MY TOTAL MONEY 20000+ WAIST 5+ DOCTOR OF ALOPATHY AND HOMEOPATHY ARE WAIST SO I AM SHARE MY PROBLEM AT THE PRACTO FOR THIS PLATFORM ARE BEST DOCTOR AND 20+ EXPERIENCE DOCTORS SO PLEASE HELP ME I AM 18+ AGE HIEGHT 6.1 FEET I AM FEEL BAD
