To loose weight restricted diet plan is necessary. Drink one glass of warm water with half lemon and one spoon of honey. In break fast take fruits and vegetables only. In lunch take only two chapati with veggies and same at dinner too. You should try to take low calorie intake.
Do Yoga specially kapalbhati which regulate your metabolism. It helps to reduce your weight.
