Hi We would like to know your current height and weight Also there is no need to starve yourself as starving can never lead to weight loss. Try taking 6 meals in a day. We can give you an example of a good diet with timing : Early morning : ( 5 Am- 6 AM ) : tea/ coffee with 2 biscuits Prefer toned/ double toned milk Prefer atta biscuits instead of maida. Breakfast : ( 9 AM- 10 AM)poha/ dhokhla/ egg white Mid morning : (11 -11:30 AM) fruit/ juice/ coconut water. Lunch: (1-2 PM)salad + dal + sabji + rice Amount of all should be 1 katori. Prefer eating salad before food evening tea: (5-6 PM) : tea / coffee with 2 biscuits. Dinner : Same as lunch
