thyroid or pcos? Or any other medical condition? If no follow detoxification for 10 days that is have more of fluids.Drink water (neem, cucumber,lemon soaked in water) more.In these 10 days follow liquid diet.
Never skip breakfast.Opt for oats porridge with added almonds and skim milk and chopped fruits.
Eat more of mix salad.Opt for whole fruits with skin (no fruit juices),alcohol and carbonated beverages.
Avoid processed, bakery,fried, sweets foods.
