Put on 20kgs after delivery in 2013.due to overweight knee pain nd irregular periods.weight reduce only if I do workout.joined gym nd aerobics nd yoga.as long as I do weight reduced is 5 kgs max nd when I stop it increases again.plz help.im gng in depression

you need to boost u your metabolism rate, than only whatever weight you are reducing that can be permanent weight loss. start with balance diet ( high fiber, normal ratio of protein and low carbohydrate diet, that will help you to reduce your weight permanently. start with cardio exercises, they are good sources to reduce weight and increse your metaboliem system.
