My baby is now 3 months old born from c section. Can i start exercising?? What diet should i take and what exercise or yoga i can perform??

Hi , you can do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat after c section. Avoid heavy exercise for now.you need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized post pregnancy weight loss diet for you.
