Last year sept she delivered As of now baby age is 7 months Now baby taking food and breast feeding also Wife started diet but she is decreasing weight Could you please tell me how to go for next step for weight loss

start regular exercise if not possible then do only walking.and drink daily 3-3.5 lit of water. water plays an important role to reduce weight . after exercise drink minium 500ml of water.
