I have lost my weight 6 kg in 6 months .my HBA1C in sep 23 was 6.6 then I left sugar,potato and rice completely and walk 6000 to 7000steps daily.now I have HBA1C 5.7 but I lost weight.please advise me to gain the weight and control of sugar

Eat healthy food without too much oil, you can eat sometimes rice, potato and continue your routine exercise Monthly check your sugar level , 6monthly cholesterol report and follow up.. Nothing too worry,it will be alright ...
