Hello, please put in at least 45-60 minutes of walk/exercise regularly and bring in clean eating habits. Avoid junk, fried, sugary foods and get into the habit of snacking on healthy foods like fruits, salads and nuts. Eat a good breakfast and lunch and keep dinner light. Provide complete information like ur height,physical activity, madical history, family history. Start exercise and brisk walk early morning and evening. Take low calorie diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day.
