My both thighs have more weight then legs and due to that I am getting problem in walking so pls suggest me

Sometimes, there is excessive fat collection in thigh region which may cause this problem..

It would be better you start with lower limb exercises which involves strengthening and stretching of thigh and leg muscles.. You can start brisk walking, running, cycling, swimming exercises..

Avoid fatty foods, avoid sitting down idle for a long time..
