Iam gaining weight while breast feeding almost my actual weight right know is 105 kg and my child is 5 months old iam disappointed my weight plz suggest me to losse weight I had a c section

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

During breast feeding one need to take balanced and lactation supporting diet .But yes u can properly plan your exercise and dietary regime and cut down extra calorie  intake that will help u to reduce weight but will not hamper your lactation. U could customised your diet plan .
