Hello there. First calculate your body mass index based on the height in centimetres and weight in KGS.
How to calculate is
Weight in KGS divided by sqaure of height in Meter.
Upto 25 is normal, more than 25 till 30 is overweight and more than 30 is obese.
If you are under 25, then no need to increase of decrease.
