How to consume dates and milk so that i can gain weight, at what time i should consume them(in the morning on empty stomach or in the night after dinner), please give me complete steps to follow to gain weight by consuming dates and milk, how many dates should i consume in one day?

Hello user apolozise for late reply as I was stuck with some clients .... yes dates and milk is a perfect combination I have personal experience with this drink .... The best time to drink this is at night when you are relaxed and at ease should be taken warm ... Take 250 ml milk pour it in a container add 2-3 chopped dates + 5 chopped almonds + 5 chopped pistachos + some saffron strands and elachi powder and bring to boil transfer in the cup and relish the drink ..... This is good taking milk & dates in ur diet. But for gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hi! Dates and milk both are nutritious so you can definitely include it in your diet. The quantity depends on your total calorie budget, however 2 glasses of milk and about 5-8 dates a day should be good. However it's difficult to gain weight only with dates and milk. You need to have nutritious diet through out the day which is rich in protein, good carbs, good fats, minerals and vitamins. Along with that 3- 4 days per week of organized exercise ( strength training) need to be included so that you gain weight in form of muscle and not fat.

Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy .Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk,curd,Paneer, Meat,Fish,Eggs etc. Include essential fats like Almonds,walnuts,flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help. Milk should be had in the morning and at night. Also dates 2-3 early morning with other nuts will help.
