I'm taking a medicine for lpp and lichen planus pigmentation from 6 years now I am taking h* homeopathi treatment from two years my weight is gain now when I was started the treatment it was 55 kg and now I am 74 kg

Hello - your weight should be in range  58 to 61 kg Reduce 5  to 8 kgs - follow balance diet - avoid eating out - don't eat outside -drink enough water - do daily excercise for 45 min atlest
