My student is 13 years and weight is 42. she is an athlete n wants to gain weight by 3 kg. what should be the balanced diet for her. i have gave her a diet but its high in protein. please suggest me some tips. thank you

She Needs to take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs.
